Where are DZUBI dresses made?

Our dresses are handmade in Jaipur, India, using 100% cotton and hand-block printed fabrics.

Will a print look exactly the same on every dress?

Hand-block printing is done by hand, so small variations in the print are part of each piece’s character.

How do I care for my dress?

Hand wash or machine wash in cold water on a delicate cycle with gentle detergent. Hang to dry. Iron as needed.

How do I choose my size?

Our detailed size chart is coming soon. For help with a particular dress, contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within the United States and internationally to destinations available at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers pay shipping costs, and shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Can I return or exchange my dress?

We accept exchange requests within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges only; we do not offer refunds. Items must be unworn and unused, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Customers pay exchange shipping costs.

How do I request an exchange?

Use our contact form within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number, delivery date, the item and size purchased, and the item or size you would like instead. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. You can email photos to returns@dzubi.com so we can review the issue and help.
